aiAvenu is an AI-driven hiring platform that combines an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), automated candidate sourcing, AI interviews, scheduling, onboarding, and analytics into a single intelligent recruitment ecosystem.
At the center of the experience is Eva, an AI hiring assistant that can screen candidates, conduct real-time interviews, analyze responses, and coordinate scheduling automatically. Publicly available product information positions Eva as a 24/7 AI recruiter integrated with Avenu’s ATS to automate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and scheduling workflows.
The goal of this project was to create a product that feels fast, intelligent, and human-centered, while reducing the repetitive work that slows down hiring teams.
